Hi, I’m Celeste, Director of Every Step of The Way. Every Step of The Way Property Group was created in January 2022 and after years of experience and owning traditional estate agency companies in the Estate Agency World in the past, I realised that the property industry had changed and consequently it was time for us to adopt a new business approach. And so, here we are, The Every Step of The Way Property Group.
The business model is all within the name (what is says on the tin). Meaning our agents work for our clients, from start to finish, Every Step of The Way. Unlike traditional estate agency models, where there’s no consistency with the agent you deal with, and being passed from pillar to post from one day to the next, and only being able to communicate with your agent during the traditional office hours of the 9-5. The Every Step of The Way Property Group is very different.
I realised that the industry was no longer a 9-5 working industry, and in the fast-paced world that we now live in, we need to be available around the clock 7 days a week for our clients.
The Every Step of The Way Property Group is a business platform for experienced self-employed agents, like myself, to run their business within a business. There are many experienced agents out there that want to be their own boss but don’t know how to go about running their own business; so, I have provided a platform for experienced entrepreneur agents to be able to do just that. Because our agents are self-employed, and it’s their business, they only get paid on results, this means that I have the confidence as a business owner, that our clients will be looked after, every step of the way, from start to finish, from the moment our clients instruct us, to the moment we hand over the keys. There’s no more waiting for call backs or not being able to speak to your agent, no more waiting on feedback or being left in the dark about the progress and performance of your property. When our clients appoint an Every Step of The Way Property Agent, they have their personal mobile number for direct contact and deal with that agent throughout the whole process. The appointed agent will carry out every step of the transaction, from viewings, to feedback, through to the sales conveyancing, giving our clients a one stop shop, with continuity from start to finish. Making the whole selling and buying experience stress free and a seamless process.
Being in the industry as long as I have, which is pretty much my whole working career, and the experience I have gained from working for various independent and larger corporate agencies along the way, I have seen the good and the bad within the industry. The Every Step of The Way business model has been tailored to today’s market, and to buyers and sellers needs and expectations, enabling us to be able to provide a new innovative approach and experience in estate agency.
