Every step of the way, means just that with this company!!! Even though we were the buyers and Every step of the way were representing the sellers. They went above  and beyond to make the whole process as easy as possible. In fact, I could say they went as far as doing the job of our mortgage broker, whom  wasn't competent! So, if you want a company that would make the house buying process as straightforward as possible, you need this Company!  Just absolutely fantastic doesn’t do this company justice in summing them up!

I knew absolutely nothing about buying and selling houses . I just knew we had to move. My husband’s health had been deteriorating over the last few years and so I knew that it was down to me, though I had no experience in such things. I had no idea what I was looking for, but I started looking at Right Move. I didn’t know what I wanted, but I knew what I didn’t want. Fairly early in my search I saw Welsteads and I just knew . Every Step of the Way was handling the sale , and Celeste asked me if my house was on the market yet ? I hadn’t even got that far. So she set about the process of selling mine. And I just prayed that we could sell it in time to buy Welsteads. Celeste and Jess helped me every step of the way. And when I was stuck over something, they came over to my house to help me. It turned out to be the most stressful time of my life, and Celeste said it was one of the most stressful times of her career , for many reasons. Celeste helped me every step of the way. I could not have done it without her. We have been in our beautiful, 400 year old cottage for 2 weeks now and I love it, I have come home.I am so grateful to Celeste and her team. Without their help and guidance, we would not be here. Celeste’s experience and know how never wavered. She knew just how to handle every situation we faced. I am full of admiration for her and her team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Buying and selling property is definitely one of the most stressful transactions in life.   After an unsuccessful year of trying to sell a quirky Grade II listed cottage in 2022, I decided to list the property with Celeste early 2023.  I found her approach refreshing insofar, I didn’t have to chase for viewing feedback and even if there wasn’t any viewings that week, Celeste would telephone to provide a market update regardless.  Celeste stepped up to co-ordinate what can only be described as a chaotic chain and pulled out all the stops, contacting agents and buyers down the chain to maintain momentum.  To help further, as the house I had wanted to buy fell through, she went out of her way to source temporary accommodation for us.  I have never known an estate agent to be so customer service focused, honest, dedicated, communicative and committed to their clients.  Thank you Celeste, Jess and team!
